RESERVATION POLICY

  • Check-in after 2 pm, check-out before 11 noon.

  • Admission is only for persons who are part of the booking.

  • There is no reception area at the site. When you arrive, just mention your name used for booking and make your balance payment (if any) to the caretaker. Then, they will guide you to your villa.

  • All rates quoted are nett.

  • Children ages 8 years and above are to be charged as adult.

  • Booking is ONLY for accommodation – NO MEAL included but the basic kitchen facilities are provided. Please bring your food and drinks as there are NO F&B outlets inside the retreat (view a full list of provided items).

  • The rates shown are for accommodation only - please email us to enquire about events, wedding photography, filming etc. rates.

  • The site is open for visit/recce subject to availability. Please call  012-2610022 to make an appointment for visit.

  • Your security deposit will be refunded within 7-14 days working hours.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The Estate Malaysia do not accept any liability for failure to provide the service contracted or any of them due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • The Estate Malaysia is not in a position to guarantee the Guest’s safety against events including but not limited to accidents, personal injury, death, acts or defaults caused by third parties, acts of God, flood, theft or even acts of negligence. All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and The Estate Malaysia will not be responsible for any eventualities related to any activities or services booked through this website.

  • All vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk. The Estate Malaysia will not be responsible for theft or damage of the vehicle or any of its contents.

  • The Estate Malaysia will not be responsible for the loss or damage of property left in the Guest’s room and/or the ‘The Estate Malaysia’ property during the Guest’s stay. Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, injuries and money/valuable belongings.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellation requests must be made via EMAIL (admin@theestatemalaysia@gmail.com).
  • A penalty equal to 50% of your total booking rates will be charged for all requests made more than 14 days before the check-in date (additional charge for payment using credit card plus any charges for international transfer).

  • No refund of the down payment for a cancellation request made less than 14 days before the check-in date.

CHANGE OF DATE POLICY

  • All change of date requests must be made via EMAIL (admin@theestatemalaysia@gmail.com).
  • All change of date requests are subject to availability.
